This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Clear UPSC, operated by NANDU CHANDRAN (Individual).

1. Digital Products

All products and services offered on Clear UPSC are digital in nature. Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully completed and access to the content is provided.

2. Cancellation Time Frame

Since digital content is delivered immediately or within a short period, no cancellations are permitted after purchase. Users are advised to review product details carefully before completing the payment.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of technical failure where access to the purchased content is not provided, users may contact support within 24 hours of purchase for assistance. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
