Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made on Clear UPSC, operated by NANDU CHANDRAN (Individual).

1. Digital Products (E-books)

All products available on Clear UPSC are digital in nature. Upon successful completion of payment, users are provided access to the purchased e-books through their account dashboard or via email.

Digital products are delivered instantly or within 24 hours of payment confirmation. No physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.

2. Delivery Confirmation

Once the payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email along with access instructions will be sent to the registered email address. Users are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate.

3. Delivery Issues

In case of any technical issues preventing access to the purchased content, users must contact support within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
