Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Clear UPSC, operated by NANDU CHANDRAN (Individual).

1. Digital Products

All digital products including e-books, online courses, test series, and downloadable study materials are delivered electronically. Once access to a digital product is provided or the download link is generated, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

In case of technical issues such as corrupted files or access errors, users must report the issue within 7 days of purchase. We will provide technical support or restore access at no additional cost.

2. Physical Products

For physical products, returns or replacements are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

3. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds are processed through our authorized payment gateways, Instamojo, Razorpay or PayU. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary based on your bank or payment provider, typically ranging between 5 to 7 working days.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders for physical products may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully completed and the digital asset is delivered.
