1. Digital Goods

Since e-books are digital soft copies delivered instantly, we follow a No-Refund Policy once the download link is provided. However, we offer full technical support for corrupted files within 7 days of purchase.

2. Physical Goods

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong book, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds: If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (Cashfree) within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders for physical books can be cancelled before they are shipped. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful.
